Welcome to Orbital
Orbital is a specialist gas engineering company, delivering integrated instrumentation and engineered solutions to the gas utilities, industrial process and environmental industries. In the past 25 years we have grown from being a small specialist subcontractor, into one of the largest system integration providers in the UK industrial gas market.
Throughout the last 25 years, Orbital have developed thoroughly engineered solutions and gained invaluable experience and have a proven track record of SAFE and successful project delivery, from the design and supply of small bespoke systems through to major multi-site CDM managed contracts in excess of £20m.
We operate from our newly refurbished premises in Staffordshire where our team of engineers and project managers will run your project in its entirety, from conception through detailed design and in house build then on to site installation with commissioning and subsequent training of personnel and finally the reassurance of a full complement of after sales service and support options. Our expertise extends not only to site installation but also to site construction works and CDM management.
Our team of in-house CAD engineers and document controllers ensure that all projects that we undertake are fully documented and quality assured during and at the point of project handover.
At Orbital we consider the SAFETY, HEALTH and wellbeing of our employees of paramount importance and ensure that in all areas of our projects delivery we operate in a manner that minimises any potential risk to both our customer’s personnel and critical capital assets. We promote a positive culture towards health and safety which extends above and beyond our compliance with BS OHSAS 18001:2007. Our commitment is to put safety first in everything we do. We recognise that people are our greatest asset and encourage the right behaviour and culture to carry out all works safely and to be considerate to others.
Environmental protection and sustainability is considered of great importance at Orbital and is central to our everyday operations. We understand that the nature of our work could potentially, at times, have a negative impact on the environment and so we pay particular attention to the design of our products and solutions to minimise waste and we plan our site works to minimise any impact on the environment. We minimise travel wherever possible and optimise logistics as a matter of course.
